✳ PERSONAL PROJECT / ROOM

A little more room.
A little less overwhelm.

An independently developed support application for autism, ADHD and everyday mental wellbeing. A place to pause, capture a thought and find a manageable next step.

Release status to be confirmed
Room mobile interface with a welcome message, energy choices and a thought capture field

Built around a gentler pace.

Room brings thoughts, tasks, routines and calming activities into one independently developed application. Its design gives people ways to adjust the experience to their needs.

The available project source includes an Android client with local saving and a browser prototype. Store availability and the current public release status are still to be confirmed. Room is a support tool; it does not diagnose or provide clinical care.

Mood tracking

Space for mood check-ins, diary entries and reflection over time.

Brain dump

Capture unstructured thoughts, with the option to turn a thought into a task later.

Tasks, in smaller steps

Editable plans and a focused next step, with room to pause and return.

Calming sensory activities

Interactive sensory and grounding activities, including a water experience.

Sensory accessibility

Options for reading size, contrast, reduced motion and a quieter interface.

When routines change

Support for considering an alternative plan, keeping the underlying goal and choosing a manageable next step.

TECHNOLOGIES IN THE AVAILABLE SOURCE

React · TypeScript · Capacitor
