Scope, feedback & payment
Before work starts, we agree a written scope, proposed schedule, milestones and payment terms. Website packages include the revision rounds listed above. Extra changes are discussed and quoted before they’re made.
You review the working result before approving handover. Final files, account access and agreed ownership are covered in your project agreement.
60-day bug-fix guarantee
For 60 days from handover, defects arising from the original development are fixed at no extra development charge. Report the problem with enough detail to reproduce it.
New features, content changes and issues introduced by later modifications or third-party changes are outside the complimentary scope. This guarantee does not limit customers’ statutory rights.

What is included in the price?
The listed features, responsive development and the stated revision rounds. Before work begins, you receive a written scope covering deliverables, exclusions and the agreed price. Hosting, domains and third-party subscriptions are separate.
How do development and payments work?
First we discuss the brief. You then receive a scope, quote, proposed milestones and payment schedule to agree before work starts. You review the design and working site, request the included revisions, and approve the result before handover. Payment terms are agreed for each project; there is no payment collected through this site.
Will I own my website?
Customer ownership is a core value. Your project agreement will specify the source files, accounts and rights transferred at handover. Third-party tools, fonts and libraries remain subject to their own licences. Your domain and hosting accounts should be in your name.
Can you work on an existing website?
Yes. Development and bug fixes start at £35/hour. The first step is to review the existing setup and agree what can be changed, with an estimate before work begins.
How long will my project take?
Timing depends on the agreed scope, current availability and when content and feedback are ready. A realistic schedule is agreed in writing before work starts. A desired completion date is useful context, rather than a guaranteed deadline.
What happens after handover?
Original development defects are covered by a 60-day complimentary bug-fix guarantee from handover. New features, content changes and third-party changes are outside that guarantee and can be quoted separately. Your statutory rights are not limited. Optional maintenance starts from £40/month, with scope agreed separately.
Are the demos real businesses?
No. Every demo uses fictional content. Baskets, checkout and bookings are examples that run in your browser. They do not send orders or notifications and never process payments.
