When you press Send quote request, the form sends the details you entered to FormSubmit for forwarding to lumenwildstudio@gmail.com. Forwarding requires verification of the receiving inbox. A service receipt confirms acceptance, not inbox delivery or a human reply. Email, call and text links are also available.
Who is responsible?
LumenWild is an independently operated UK development business. The controller’s legal name and business correspondence address are awaiting confirmation. For enquiries or privacy questions, email lumenwildstudio@gmail.com or call +44 7516 241138. The remaining controller details must be supplied before public launch.
Information you choose to enter
The form asks for your name, email, optional business name, project type, budget, preferred timing and project description. Enter only what is needed to describe the project; avoid sensitive personal information. The site keeps draft fields only in the current page’s memory and does not write them to browser storage. Use Clear draft & form to remove the current copy. Your browser may restore fields through history or autofill. A downloaded draft is a file on your device, under your control. Sending the form shares the entered fields, the form page address and technical request information with FormSubmit. LumenWild receives forwarded requests in Gmail. No payment details are requested. Email and text links open your device’s app with a draft; you review and send it there, using your own provider.
Why we use enquiry information
Enquiry information is used to understand your project, respond to your questions and prepare a requested quote. Taking steps at your request before entering a contract is the proposed basis for that purpose. The owner must confirm the appropriate basis for any other uses, including records kept after an enquiry, before public launch. The form does not subscribe you to marketing or send automatic customer replies.
Technical information & hosting
This site includes no analytics, advertising scripts, non-essential cookies or third-party fonts. The demonstrations keep example state in page memory and reset when reloaded. When this site is served through Cloudflare Pages, Cloudflare handles network requests, including IP addresses and technical request information, to deliver and protect the website. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy. The owner must confirm the applicable logging, retention and international-transfer arrangements for the actual hosting setup.
Sharing & retention
FormSubmit processes submitted enquiries and forwards them to the LumenWild Gmail inbox, lumenwildstudio@gmail.com. Its documentation states that submissions are retained for 30 days, including while inbox activation is pending. Read FormSubmit’s privacy terms and Google’s privacy policy for their handling of information. The owner must confirm actual processing locations, applicable transfer safeguards and a defined retention schedule for enquiry and contract records before public launch. Personal data should only be kept as long as needed for the stated purposes.
Your choices & rights
Depending on the processing and lawful basis, applicable rights can include access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. Contact lumenwildstudio@gmail.com to ask about your information or exercise applicable rights. You can also raise concerns with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Keeping this notice up to date
Review this notice whenever the hosting, enquiry system or data practices change. The owner should confirm the controller identity, lawful bases, recipients, retention and transfer arrangements against the actual setup before going live.
